    MGB RN Med/Surg - Northampton, MA - 13 Weeks Contract

    Sigma Healthcare team is looking for an experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurse to work at our client's facility in Northampton, MA.

    Shift: 07:00 - 19:30

    Job Description:
    • Performs duties in the following areas: Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Joint Replacement Center and Childbirth Center. Must be able and willing to work in all departments as needed and directed.

    • Interacts with patients within any of the following populations: pre, intra, and post-partum, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric with a variety of clinical needs and with adults on an interdisciplinary level; must be able to effectively interact appropriately to individual's intellectual level and physical ability.


    Position Requirements:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred

    • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required

    • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

    • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification required
