- Proven experience in Web3 technologies and communities
- Background in venture capital with a focus on blockchain or crypto
- Prior experience in BD roles at leading Layer 1 or Layer 2 protocols
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with guerrilla sales tactics and Web3-native culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and communicate ideas clearly
