You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. Responsibilities

  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and followup.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
  • Understanding our client's needs and ensuring that their needs are met
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Sales experience or a clientfacing background is a plus
