Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Enter orders into the POS system, utilizing TOAST software
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery
Follow all sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

Skills:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
Proficient in using OpenTable or similar reservation management systems
Excellent cash handling skills, including the ability to accurately handle payments and make change
Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic understanding of menu items
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations
