Call Center Manager Wanted Earn $80K-$125K uncapped with base and commission

Employment type:
Full time, not remote

Experience in a call center with outbound calling is REQUIRED


We are a 30+ year old Multi Million dollar Home Improvement company that is seeking an energetic leader to be our Call Center Manager.

We are one of the largest Home Improvement Companies in the area with one of the most recognized names in our field.

We are looking for someone to manage 12 callers that are able to set leads for our sales staff. They will be provided 'warm leads'. We have over 100,000 warm leads to be called


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prior auto dialer experience is preferrred.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs Promotion forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates lead distribution by establishing sales and product goals
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performance against programs, quotas and plans to determine effectiveness.
