Under the direction of department leadership, the Financial Analyst I - Financial Compliance is responsible performing analysis and preparing financial reports/dashboards for claims overpayments, refund reconciliation, claims payment information, provider billing trends, audit findings, etc.

Education & Experience

  • One (1) year of relevant experience required
  • Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards/reports
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Experience in Managed Care or related industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required

Key Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of the health care industry and managed care systems a plus.
  • Data analysis, problemsolving and reporting skills. Moderate knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong problemsolving capability. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects with timesensitive deadlines.
