Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Dispatch trucks
Manage and update company databases
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualifications:
Associate Degree/ B.A. prefer
High School Graduate
Experience with computer skills, Microsoft office, Outlook.
Group work minded
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual : Spanish
- English Required_
MONDAY-FRIDAY 08:00AM-2:30PM
Potentially a FT job

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
