Job description
Social Vocational Services (SVS) is an innovative day program that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Our mission is to provide training & support necessary for those who participate in the services to achieve their social, recreational, vocational & residential goals.

Position Purpose:
To provide vocational and/or skills training to persons with developmental disabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:_
Assist client in selecting realistic goals and objectives.
Assess, evaluate, implement and chart client's progress on goals and objectives.
Pickup and dropoff clients according to written schedules.
Record data and maintain field books.
Provide constant supervision to clients.
Participate in clients' planning team to develop goals, objectives and natural supports.

NEW HIRE BONUS - $750.00 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days).

Driving and License Requirements:

Must have personal vehicle, valid California Driver's License, proof of auto liability insurance as mandated by State of Californiaand a good driving record.

May be required to drive 9 passenger van.

Criminal Record Clearance:
Must obtain and maintain Department of Justice/FBI fingerprint clearance.
