Description

We improve what: With our 60 employees in facility management, we are responsible for the commercial, infrastructural, and technical facility management for our administrative and production sites, as well as the mobility management for our internal and external customers.

This is what you will do with us:

Coordinating and managing service providers in the areas of building cleaning, outdoor facilities, and green maintenance
Ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery in the responsible objects and properties, based on agreed performance specifications
Comprehensive service provider and object control
Object analysis and quality control
Continuous process optimization
Contact person for internal interfaces
Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines

This is what you bring with you:

Completed vocational training in the field of building cleaning with additional qualifications (master or specialist in cleaning and hygiene or comparable skills and knowledge)
Extensive knowledge in the area of maintenance and glass cleaning
Experience in the care of outdoor and green areas desirable
Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility
Driver's license class B
