- Contract Process Management:
- Overseeing the contracting process for corporate business owners in alignment with company objectives to reduce costs. Managing timelines of contracts to completion and working with business owners on deadlines.
- Assist with Project Management:
- Procurement, sourcing, and supporting projects of other team members when needed due to workload balance.
- RFP/RFQ Data Management Assistance:
- Gathering documentation and data sources, distributing suppliers, facilitating Requests for Bids and Contracts, and evaluating submissions.
- Business Case Data Assistance:
- Conducting spend analytics, market research, and developing business cases for cost savings.
- Internal Business Team Support:
- Providing data for informed decisions, developing agreements in collaboration with legal, and supporting vendor information changes.
- Vendor Accounting and A/P Support:
- Collaborating with accounting on payment terms and new vendor setup to ensure effective communication.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and manage financial data confidentially
- Effective negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong financial acumen and experience with SAP and Coupa is a plus
