- Act as a primary point of contact for investors, ensuring seamless communication via phone, email, or text.
- Ensure a smooth investment journey for all clients, addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist investors individually with transitioning their IRAs or 401ks into our Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
- Manage and troubleshoot investor accounts on our platform, ensuring a seamless back-office operation.
- Innovate and contribute ideas for enhancing investor experience.
- Compile and utilize investor feedback to guide the development team in creating new features.
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort with various communication channels.
- Strong computer and technical skills, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to effectively collect and interpret investor feedback.
- General Google Suite and Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with financial products is also a plus.
