    Description

    Position: HR Generalist

    Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid flexibility, 2-3 days/week in office)

    Pay: $68,000/yr

    Experience: 5+ years of Human Resources experience.

    Education: Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management.

    Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

    Greene Resources is seeking an HR Generalist to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires smoothly transition into the organization.
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
    • Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, development, disciplinary actions).
    • Demonstrate awareness and commitment to health and safety and act to ensure that unsafe practices or non-compliant behaviors do not occur.
    • Liaise with supervisors to prepare constructive corrective action documentation and ensure proper processes are adhered to and records kept.
    • Maintain consistency in interpreting and applying corporate policies, programs, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
    • Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements:

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented.
    • Collaborative and professional team player.
    • Excellent judgment in handling sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and high ethical standards.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and cross-cultural awareness.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take initiative and ownership of a variety of responsibilities.
