- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Responsible for preparing salads, dressings, canapés, and other cold dishes.
- Responsible for maintaining the buffet line fully stocked and presentable at all times.
- Responsible for knowing what ingredients are used in the dishes in order to communicate information to guests.
- Communicate with cooks any comments that are being heard.
- Follows all recipes and control procedures.
- Performs as a team member with Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers, Utilities, and pertinent company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift.
- Ability to carve meats and prepare desserts as needed.
- Responsible for always maintaining a clean and sanitary area in full accordance with State Health Regulations.

Responsible for preparation of all foods requiring pre-opening preparation.
the presentation of all foods utilized on the buffet line, ensuring the efficiency of the line on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Company specifications and standards and cleanliness of work area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED preferred. No food service experience needed.
