    Job Summary
    Step-by-Step is a leading provider of mental health services dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals in our community. We are committed to delivering compassionate care and evidence-based therapies to support our clients on their journey to mental wellness. This is the field and will require home visits.

    We are seeking a licensed/intern/master-level mental health therapists to become a valued member of our dynamic team. As part of this role, you will be crucial in delivering comprehensive mental health services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

    Responsibilities
    • Perform intake assessments
    • Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
    • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
    • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
    • Perform regular wellness checks
    • Adhere to all facility and (AHCA) licensing standards
    • Travel in the community to see clients at least 75%
    • Ability to work 30 hours per week

    Qualifications
    • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
    • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized
    • Provides quality therapeutic services to a filled caseload of clients
    • Meeting or exceeding team productivity, billing, and administrative standards
    • A current FL drivers license, good driving record, and reliable transportation with automobile liability insurance are also required.
