- Florida LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT requiredAs a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting intake and assessment
- Assigning diagnoses and develop treatment plan for patients referred for mental health services.
- Providing treatment that is clinically necessary and evidence-based.
- Completing authorization requests as needed and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Maintaining state professional licensure and credentialing with insurance panels.
- Ability to develop rapport with patients
- Assessing and diagnose patients using DSM criteria
- Developing a treatment plan
- Documenting treatment progress in keeping with Joint Commission standards
- Efficient use of EMR
- 1-2 years Clinical Experience
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Required Or
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Required Or
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor Required Or
