Position Summary:

  • Required Qualifications:
  • The position requires at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of prior related work.
  • Job Description:
  • This support position is responsible for working with staff to meet initiative deliverables. Collaborates with staff to deliver information and instructional training to result in the infusion quality activities in the classroom and workplace. Works collaboratively with partners and institutional programs to support the mission.
  • Job Duties:
  • Works onsite in preschool classrooms (ages 25) at the Ybor lab school to support early childhood teachers, staff and families to ensure effective implementation of program activities.
  • Assists with pre and post assessments.
  • Serves as a resource for program participants in sharing information and appropriate strategies for quality learning.
  • Participates in training in small or/and large group settings in the community.
  • Maintains records and prepares related reports to support sustainability grant as requested.
  • Provides support of Special Projects and training grant activities
