• Lead an alwayson social media strategy: establish viral and datadriven growth tactics and content streams for Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Youtube. Oversee monthly content streams, influencer takeovers, community management and aggressive growth and engagement goals.
• Filming Reels & Videos with BTS footage. Must enjoy being in front of the camera as well.
• Manage the content calendar/cadence for social platforms with a strong understanding of and focus on the ongoing business needs; Being mindful of the balance between promotional, educational, storytelling and entertainment
• Have an innate understanding of what is trending on social channels.
• A deep knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms and how to leverage them. Highly knowledgeable about industry best practices yet approaches each platform through a lens of inclusivity, curiosity, humor, authenticity and devotion to the community.
• Has the ability to transform ideas into strategic initiatives—and execute on them.

• Experience of managing social marketing content and strategy
• Ability to independently conceptualize a complex brand value and goal into tangible social media content and posts; film and edit abilities.
• A strong storyteller, able to distill content into bitesized social media captions and images.
• Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Passion for startups, consumer brands, and rapid growth.
