Key Responsibilities:


User Interface:

Serve as the liaison for ERP business processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and execute ERP tools and training.

Software Maintenance and Development:

Maintain user accounts and security access, lead projects for new functionality and process improvement, and develop test plans for software patches and updates.

Network/System Administration Support:
Manage Citrix Studio environment, network/user security, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server services.
