Windy City Representatives is the leading manufacturer's representative in the Chicago market dedicated to providing innovative, energy-efficient, and cost-effective engineered systems for the commercial and industrial segments.
We represent the broadest selection of industry-leading brands and products to satisfy the diverse needs of our client base, which includes; facility owners, architects, MEP consulting engineers, and mechanical contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in tracking project execution activities,
- Process sales transactions,
- Execute vendor purchase orders,
- Manage and track project finances to ensure project profitability is maintained,
- Manage regular communication activities to ensure customer satisfaction,
- Work with accounting to reconcile transactions,
- Organize and manage the project documentation and correspondence used for order execution,
- Work with manufacturerspecific order processing software,
- Utilize companyspecific software systems to manage the project execution process,
- Coordinate between customer, manufacturer, and service organization to ensure proper and timely equipment commissioning,
- Work with internal project engineers/sales engineers and customer project managers to ensure seamless coordination,
- Manage customer issue resolution in a timely manner,
- Attendance and participation in company meetings concerning project status, company updates, and manufacturer updates,
- Participation in training, skillbuilding, and professional development classes, as well as industry and manufacturer conferences to grow industry expertise and sales networks,
Required Skills:
- Exceptional organization skills
- Able to work in a fastpaced, selfdirected, everchanging, deadlinedriven, customer service environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computing skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Enterprise Gmail, and SalesForce
- Basic sales transaction processing (order management, document organization, purchase order generation, customer communication)

Pay:
$40, $60,000.00 per year
