Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support organizational decisionmaking
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Develop and track budgets and perform regular variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial trends and make recommendations for optimization

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions
The Details
You will work full-time Monday through Friday at Corporate offices located in West Los Angeles.
Starting pay ranges from $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.

New employees accrue 48 hours of vacation in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements*.
