Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products
Collaborates with Product Manager, business and technical partners and customers to codevelop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fastpaced environment.
Works with crossfunctional teams and aligns various stakeholders
Turns insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
Works in an agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
Contributes to and executes product roadmap
Translates roadmap features into welldefined product requirements
Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products
Defines and executes launch plan, working to ensure that all parties have what they need to be successful.
Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance postlaunch to evaluate future investment.

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

At least 3 years of combined experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customerfirst mindset
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with technical teams and diverse stakeholders
High degree of proficiency in iterative product development, understanding of Agile principles (equally important a need for agile mindset and behaviors to compliment knowledge of principles)
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
Customer first mindset
Proactive, selfstarter with excellent project management and business analysis skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Legal environment a plus, but not required
OneTrust software platform experience a plus, but not required

Pay Range:

$ $77.80/hour
