POSITION DETAILS:

SHIFT:
MONDAY - FRIDAY

SCHEDULE:
8AM -4:30PM

HOURLY RATE:
$17.50
***: Maintains premises, restrooms, and working areas of the offices within the petroleum refinery and follows all safety protocols to ensure all office buildings are in a clean and orderly condition.

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

The following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spotcleaning carpets of all office areas and nonproduction employee lounge.
Dusting and disinfect equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc...
Responsible for removing trash in office areas and nonproduction employee lounge.
Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc...
Stoking of supplies throughout the office.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential Functions
Valid Drivers License
Complete an 8hour safety course through 3 Rivers and course test completion with a score of 70% or higher.
Complete a background check and drug test.
