    Position Overview

    This position plays a crucial role in advancing our company's initiatives by overseeing the orchestration, design, and execution of various high-impact events. This role demands an individual who is organized, creative, attentive to details, and driven to manage multiple types of events including local and national trade shows and conferences.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop strategic event marketing plans, define objectives, and adhere to approved budgets.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align on goals and communicate key messages effectively.
    • Approach event management with a campaign mindset, overseeing communication plans, design elements, and strategic messaging.
    • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including coordination with tradeshow services, transportation, staffing, and act as the main point of contact on-site.
    • Maintain and manage exhibition materials and relationships with exhibition providers.
    • Evaluate event success through key metrics such as lead generation, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and overall brand impact.
    • Coordinate comprehensive management tasks for trade shows and conferences, including managing hotel accommodations, registrations, promotions, and staff coordination from start to finish.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A minimum of five years of experience in managing complex, multifaceted events, both physical and digital.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
    • Proficient in managing financials, including budgeting and contract negotiations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in maintaining project timelines and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
    • Availability to travel up to 30%.
    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Drive, Docs) and project management software such as Asana is advantageous.
