This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform and user experiences.

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Product team at Snap IncWhat you'll do:
- Be a Product Leader with demonstrated expertise in leading product areas with broad scope or strategic business importance.
- Be a recognized expert, effective mentor, builder of teams, and crossfunctional leader.
- Routinely bring highquality, new products to market either independently or by driving a crossfunctional team.
- Driving our Small and Medium Customers (SMC) ad solutions to the next level, including driving 0 to 1 product.
- Leverage critical thinking, emerging trends and market analysis to set product strategy and define product roadmap for Snap's Leads Ads product line.
- Drive fullcycle product development with a team of crossfunctional groups across Product, Growth, Data Science, Engineering, and Design.
- Think critically about how to achieve product goals and increase advertiser value
- Ability to lead and inspire cross functional product management teams
- Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across organizations from C-Levels through to engineers, designers, other product teams, and crossfunctional teams
- Skilled in effective mentorship to direct or indirect reports and cross functional team members
- Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
- Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant years of experience 10+ years of product management experience at a technology company
- Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including
defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution- Experience performing ad product-oriented quantitative analysis- Experience building lead generation and click to message ads solutions

- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC)
The base salary range for this position is $244,000-$366,000 annually.
Zone B
:
The base salary range for this position is $232,000-$348,000 annually.
- Zone C
The base salary range for this position is $208,000-$311,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
