    Senior Business Analyst DOM Implementation (SVP Level)

    The Senior Business Analyst will support the execution, enablement, and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan. It requires the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience with data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy

    • Excellent data analysis skills, data quality remediation, knowledge of client's Consent Order prioritized products

    • Strong presentation/communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level are needed to ensure success in the role

    Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings

    • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, and associated dependencies. Allocate/coordinate work within a team or project group

    • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes

    • Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to data quality remediation work streams focusing on a broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy

    • Gathers and interprets business requirements and maps current and future state processes
