Responsibilities:
- Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and or PO# expense to proper account reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 20th.
- Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices to monthly statements.
- Process checks requests expense accordingly.
- Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) make notes as needed.
- Maintain vendor W9 files.
- Post advertising budgets process invoices verify to budget.
- Perform monthly accruals as needed.
- Assist in monthend closing duties.
- Prepare and file 1099 forms annually.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds helpful
- Ability to multitask in fastpaced environment
- Team player with integrity and strong work ethics
- Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & V lookup helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication
