- Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
- Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
- Requires the ability to lift and climb a ladder, commonly on elevated roofs
- Projects involve a degree of travel, typically local, but a few times a year may require overnight travel.

Description
Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) has an opening for a Property Condition Assessor and Building Inspector at our Greenville, South Carolina office. This individual will be assisting our Project Managers with completing and finalizing Property Condition Assessments based on the ASTM E standard, along with various other types of specialized building condition assessments.
The Property Condition Assessment scope of work includes evaluating buildings for various property deficiencies and general condition related to HVAC Systems, MEP systems, roofing, façade, building foundation and structure, etc. In addition, our reports provide our clients with estimated costs for repairs over the next 10 years. Our PCA assessors spend approximately 50% of their time in the field investigating new and existing commercial properties, and the remaining 50% in the office writing the PCA report. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of field and office work.
