Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar construction projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.


Duties:

• Solid client and employee front facing sales and communication skills.
• Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Review and analyze project documentation, such as schematics and blueprints, to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
• Collaborate with the construction team to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

Experience:

• Proven experience in managing projects
• Strong knowledge of processes, project scheduling, estimating, contract management, and reading designs.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards project success
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
