Balance of Nature is a company dedicated to providing whole food supplements, revolutionizing lives on a daily basis. Based in St. George, Utah, we are seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Check out the exciting details below!Responsibilities:
- Arrange interviews between new team members and the relevant management
- Extend official job offers to qualified candidates post-interview
- Collaborate with department heads at the work location of new hires
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members during their initial weeks and beyond
- Assist team members in addressing queries and concerns during check-ins
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Adhere to all company and departmental policies
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in collaboration, communication, and listening
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, ethics, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and 1+ year experience in teaching or onboarding
