The place of work is the kitchen of the Diakoneo Clinic Hallerwiese-Cnopfsche Children's Hospital in Nuremberg.

Shared Service, as an emerging area, supports Diakoneo facilities through food supply, cleaning, technology, transportation, logistics, rental services, and overnight stays and conferences.

Your tasks

You manage the interface between the ward and food supply.
You carefully carry out technical evaluations of food recording and final checks of food distribution.
You also take care of the production of special and dietetic forms of food, including individual diet and nutrition counseling for patients.
You advise our patients individually or in groups and guide them in the diet teaching kitchen.
Food orders, bandage removals, food distribution in the dining room, as well as general office tasks in the kitchen are also part of your responsibilities.
