Accutek Technologies is looking to find a dynamic Full Charge Bookkeeper.

Do you multitask effectively and have exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills? Then this opportunity could be perfect for you You will be responsible for all general accounting and bookkeeping functions, such as preparing financial statements, maintaining the GL, AP, AR, payroll, journal entries and account reconciliation.

This position is located in NW Houston and is immediately hiring It is paying $20-30/hr based on experience.

  • 3+ years of recent Full charge bookkeeping experience
  • Construction accounting a huge plus. (AIA, Prevailing wages, and Certified payroll, etc.
  • QuickBooks Online A MUST
  • ADP Payroll
  • Experience with full cycle AP, AR, and payroll
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account reconciliation
  • Adeptness in journal entries
  • Exceptionally strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Basic Excel experience
  • High school diploma, GED or higher required.
  • Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports
  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
  • Possess strong organizational and followup skills
  • Capable of working independently with mínimal oversight
  • Assist Owner as needed

Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
