Job Type:
Full-time

Salary:
$18.00 to $24.00 per hour

Schedule:9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

REQUIRED:
Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License

Position Summary:

This position provides an opportunity for an exceptional Pharmacy Technician to work and thrive in one of the most unique compounding pharmacies in the United States, to excel in a high impact patient focused role and to positively impact the lives of others.

Essential Functions:

Package prescriptions to compliance with the law
Understanding of lead times associated with different shipment methods
General knowledge of storage conditions
Designing custom fit packaging to ensure safety of prescriptions delivery
Work closely with management to keep inventory and supplies up to par
High interaction with staff to communicate core information about prescriptions leaving the pharmacy
Provides support for pharmacy team in a variety of roles

Required Qualifications:

Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee License
Must be able to plan out what tasks take priority, stay organized and keep track of time
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced working environment and adapt to new circumstances
Ability to understand the bigger picture and the team dynamic
Ability to multimask and meet deadlines with little supervision
Takes pride in their work and the team's accomplishments
Must be able to stand for the majority of a shift, and able to lift up to 50lbs at times and 20lbs regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
Prior experience with shipping and packaging
