We are currently looking for a full-time and permanent

Operational Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) for the Apron Area

Reference number: 5609

Responsibilities
  • Instruction, securing and loading activities during aircraft handling to ensure operational order and in case of irregularities, as well as documentation of the services provided
  • Inspection and maintenance of order in the apron and terminal area, as well as securing passenger routes to ensure traffic safety
  • Coordination and monitoring of activities within the duty shift, as well as coordination of operations with cockpit and cabin crew (also in English)
  • Professional guidance and instruction regarding the correct and safe handling of vehicles and equipment used, as well as enforcement of applicable safety regulations
  • Conducting quality checks in the area of aircraft and baggage handling (external service providers)
  • Functional testing of technical systems on the airside based on defined checklists and initiating error correction (e.g. escalators)
