Connelly Lawn & Garden, Inc., located in Sinking Spring, PA, is looking for an experienced turf specialist to join our team to help grow and manage our turf care division.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading, established company and secure a long term position with potential growth into management.

We are a thirty-five year old small business with an excellent reputation in Berks County and a solid customer base of residential and commercial properties.

We are proud recipient of the Best of Berks Award for Best Landscaper seven out of the eight past years.

We serve the Greater Wyomissing and Sinking Spring areas. We offer a casual and supportive small company work environment with a motivated and passionate group of horticultural experts.

A high school diploma or GED at a minimum
A degree in landscaping, horticulture, or related field may be advantageous.
Experience in lawn care and maintenance.
Familiarity with lawn care equipment and tools.
Experience in handling chemicals and a solid understanding of the safe use of pesticides.
Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina.
Attention to individual and team safety.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Leadership abilities
Ability to write contracts and speak/write well in English

Location:

This position is based in Sinking Spring, and you will be required to travel to different locations within the area.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
