Responsibilities:


  • Engage with new union members to enroll them in our benefits program
  • Create customized benefits plans for each client
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Perform necessary administrative functions
  • Enroll clients within our niche market into exclusive benefit programs for our union and association members
  • Manage the benefits for the union and association members
  • Provide excellent customer service to respond to employee benefits questions
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Resolve routine and complex benefits issues independently
  • Work collaboratively with your team members

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on results
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
