Your responsibilities

Planning and designing technical equipment in the field of building services
Working according to the current HOAI phases 1
Independent creation of design and execution plans, detailed drawings, parts lists, and calculations
Support of project management in awarding and monitoring construction services
Participation in cost estimation and calculation according to DIN27
Ensuring the use of current planning guidelines

Your profile

Education/studies or technician in the field of building services/energy and building technology/building climate or equivalent
First professional experience in specialist planning desirable
