Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan in accordance to baking schedule
- Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
- Bake a variety of cakes, cookies, and pastries
- Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to use professionalgrade kitchen appliances and equipment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Previous experience decorating cakes
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced kitchen environment
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Team player
- Available for evening shift
