- Schedule: Full Time; DAYS Shift Hours (Monday - Friday)
- Starting Wage Range: $66 - $92
- Demonstrate the mission, purpose, values, and beliefs to internal and external stakeholders
- Direct and oversee clinical and administrative functioning of Rehabilitation Services
- Manage department budget
- Maintain activity schedule and integrate Rehabilitation Services with other departments
- Promote effective relationships and communications within and outside the department
- Participate in company quality initiatives
- Assist with restraint of members during assaultive behavior when needed
- B.S./B.A. degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Registered or eligible as an Occupational Therapist, Music Therapist, or related
- 2 years of experience in rehabilitation in behavioral health
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Certifications: CPR, CPI, First Aid
- Develop and maintain accurate records
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and individualized plans
- Provide culturally competent evidence-based treatments
- Time management and organizational skills
