Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with customers? IWP is on the lookout for an Enrollment Coordinator to be part of our expanding team. As the initial point of contact at IWP, you will be responsible for educating and enrolling injured individuals in our services.

This is a full-time role, from Monday to Friday. During the training phase, the schedule will be from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Post-training, the shift remains the same, with an additional Saturday shift from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on rotation.

This position is based onsite in Andover, MA.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with patients through incoming and outgoing calls
• Providing information on IWP services and advantages to callers
• Collecting comprehensive details from callers and entering data into the internal system
• Following up with patients, physicians, and legal offices to ensure timely receipt of prescriptions
• Efficiently managing work queues
• Adhering to quality assurance guidelines to consistently meet set standards
• Collaborating with sales, enrollment, and pharmacy teams to address any hurdles preventing swift shipment of new patients' medications
• Taking proactive steps to support our new patients to the fullest

• Effective and precise documentation capabilities
• Ability to adapt smoothly to frequent changes
• Being fluent in Spanish is a desirable asset
