Job description:


Positions Available:
Full-time hours/week) and Part-time hours/week) barista and sandwich makers who love to help-out customers.

Duties:
Keep customers happy at all times.

Work at the cash register, prepare beverages, make sandwiches & salads, restock inventories, and keep all areas of the coffee house clean.

Interact with customers and assist customers with special needs.

Pay:
$16-$16.80 per hour (+ Tip after training period of 40 hours)

Typical Shifts:
Most Part-Time shifts are 3.25 hours long.

5:30 am - 1 pm

5:30 am - 10 am

12 pm - 6 pm

10 am - 2 pm

2 pm - 6 pm

4 pm - 8 pm

6 pm - 10 pm

Employees are required to be available at least one weekend per month.


Qualifications/Requirements:

• Food service experience preferred.
• Must be physically fit to work in a fast-paced workplace.
• No coffee experience is required but preferred.
• Must be an energetic person with positive attitude and must be a quick learner and be able to work independently once trained.
• Must love helping customers and respect and get along with coworkers.
• Excellent attendance and reliability. No drama
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to feedback from coworkers and managers.
• Must be willing to keep all areas of the coffee house (including restrooms) clean and sanitized at all times.
• Enforce no-loitering and purchase policies.
• English speaker preferred or be able to learn enough to perform work.
• Work authorization papers required for E-Verify prior to starting date.
