Produces both plastic and wood parts by programming, setting up, and operating both numerical control CNC Machines, mechanical drills, saws, sanders, and other hand tools while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Enter production into shop order program while maintaining equipment and supplies.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromotes the Company's mission and values-based culture through providing an excellent productSafety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employeesManages the hot jobs, daily work, and material flow.

Coordinates and communicates with other operators the priority of work needed and any issues or shortages to supervisor or leadQuality:

Interpret blueprints and make part within the toleranceProductivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisorDexterity: Employee would work with their hands and need to be able to liftor hold heavy items Reporting: Claim and report work as completed to supervisor or lead Reads blueprint, files or programs for CNC jobs for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and instructions such as machine settings, textures and determines sequence of operations.

Must have experience running CNC router or ability to be trained.
TravelNo travelLanguage SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Reasoning AbilityMust have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in operating HDPE computer to claim production, open files and run files on CNC router.

Other SkillsForklift Operator or ability to be trained.
