Night Audit Agents are responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times; welcoming and serving our guests in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.

Night Audit Agents make the first impression by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our full range of hotel amenities to our guests.

Night Audit Agents will be responsible for handling all Front Desk responsibilities as well as process night audit in compliance with company policies and procedures.

TITLE:
Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent


POSITION FOCUS:

Serves as an all-night front desk agent while accurately balancing and auditing the hotel's income and expenses for the current 24-hour period.

Also generates reports and documents for the period's accounting records.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to reach all areas of hotel to assist clients. Occasional carrying and lifting of heavy items. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office. Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays and all shifts, as necessary.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs daily night audit.
• Accurately completes shift checklist.
• Greets and completes established checkin procedures for arriving guests.

Job Types:

Pay:
$22, $28,200.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

• Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)
