Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team.

As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.

We are a General Contractor and full service contractor that performs multiple different duties. Everything from Kitchen and Bath remodels, New deck builds and new material resurfacing, Basement finishing and more.


Duties:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools as directed
• Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials
• Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
• Excellent handeye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills

Skills:

• Construction site safety protocols
• Blueprint reading
• Hand and power tool operation
• Carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, installing)
• Concrete pouring and finishing techniques

Pay:
$ $21.99 per hour
