What to expect in the training:

  • Handling user inquiries in daily operations (1st level support)
  • Coordinating with external service providers
  • Active involvement in the conception and implementation of IT projects, gaining experience in project work
  • Learning how to support users in all areas of the company and provide training on company software
  • Also learning how to create inquiries and evaluate offers
What you should bring:
  • You have completed your Fachabitur - ideally in the field of IT - or have a comparable qualification
  • In school, the computer club was a must for you
  • You find technology very interesting and are the go-to person when someone has problems with their phone or computer
  • You can be relied on, even when things get stressful
  • You are motivated to learn something new and dive into the world of IT
