- Building branch relationships and coaching branch staff within a defined territory to uncover the needs of our members through meaningful conversations.
- Deliver exceptional service to members, teammates, and prospects.
- Provide sound financial advice through a process-driven approach to financial planning that includes understanding member goals; performing an analysis; presenting strategies; implementation of the plan; and provide ongoing member reviews.
- Collaboration with internal lines of business (retail and private banking, commercial banking, business development, etc.) to meet the core financial needs of our members.
- Achieve production goals through the recommendation of suitable investment products, insurance solutions, and services to meet the goals, time horizon, and member's tolerance for risk.
- Develop future pipeline of clients through engagement in the next generation; participation in community events, marketing initiatives, and networking; and generating referrals from clients.
- Education Required: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Required: 5 years' experience as a financial advisor.
- License/Certification Required: Series 7, 66 or 63/65. North Carolina Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.
- License/Certification/Advanced Degree Preferred: CFP, ChFc, CPA, J.D. (currently held or actively pursuing)
