- Maintain hotel facilities and surroundings through maintenance tasks.
- Report major repair needs to management.
- Assist guests with service requests and keep accurate records.
- Program phone systems as required.
- Regularly check equipment and utility meters.
- Be available to assist Front Desk and Chief Engineer.
- Organize Material Safety Data Sheets and ensure adequate parts stock.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures.
- Complete other delegated tasks.
- Follow specifications accurately.
- Precisely measure and work with numbers.
- Use math skills for material calculations and quality checks.
- Handle and transport materials.
- Perform tasks at heights and under various weather conditions.
