• Source and procure materials, products, and services required by the company
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing
• Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
• Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs and requirements
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
• Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel to support decisionmaking processes

• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
