    Job Description

    - Improve performance, minimize waste, and contribute to the company's growth.

    - Take charge of the engineering aspects involved in optimizing production processes on site.

    - Support production by assisting in troubleshooting efforts, including data collection and analysis.

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

    • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5+ years of experience in a chemical plant, refinery, or similar industrial manufacturing setting
    • Proficiency in adhering to safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene protocols on a daily basis
    • Ability to effectively communicate with site associates and team members across all levels of the organization
    • Proven critical thinking and analytical skills across all job responsibilities
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
    • Strong leadership skills and the capacity to motivate associates throughout all project phases
    • Track record of fostering associate alignment and ensuring accountability
