Your Responsibilities

  • As a serviceoriented contact person, you will support service providers and clients with telephone inquiries and on other communication channels.
  • You will handle complaints, process them in the system, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • In your role, you will act as an important interface between internal departments and external parties, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • You will handle complaints from payment recipients.
  • You will review additional charges and check for any payment discrepancies and returns.
  • You will clarify, monitor, and supplement processes related to customer management.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training, preferably with experience in customer service or complaint handling.
  • Strong customer and service orientation and a service mentality.
  • Proficient in using a PC.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quality awareness, organizational skills, and communication skills.
  • Quick comprehension, solutionoriented and structured work approach.
  • Willingness to learn, reliability, and interest in digital processes.
