- Staffing model planned 25-30 Anesthesiologists, and CRNAs covering 62 sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo.
- Average anesthesia volume 40,000 cases annually and growing
- Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Thoracic, Vascular, and Trauma.
- Specialty Compensation increase to base salary for Cardiac, Trauma, & OB experience with documented case logs.
- Yearly retention $10,000 on work anniversary
- Master's or Doctorate degree (DNP or DNAP) of Nurse Anesthesia accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
- APRN State of Florida Licensure - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment.
- National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- American Heart Association BLS/PALS/ACLS - maintain active and in good standing throughout employment.
- Top of market compensation package based on years of experience
- W2 position with Health Care System that has an unparalleled history of quality care delivery

- Premium pay calculation if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium calculation also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.

- 280 hours PTO (7 weeks) + 40 hours CME
